High Plains Energy is a for-profit subsidiary of Pioneer Electric Cooperative, Inc., Ulysses; CMS Electric Cooperative, Inc., Meade; and Wheatland Electric Cooperative, Inc., Scott City, all in Kansas. High Plains Energy is headquartered in Garden City, Kansas at 403 N. 7th Street.

Our service presently includes propane deliveries to areas of and around Cimarron, Dighton, Dodge City, Garden City, Johnson, Lakin, Leoti, Rolla, Scott City, Syracuse, Tribune and Ulysses, Kansas; and Beaver, Hooker, Slapout and Turpin in Oklahoma (see locations).
